Welcome back to 2020-2021 school year. My name is Rosalina Agredano, and I have been working at Sacred Heart School for five years.  I am a mother of 1 boy and 2 girls. I am a former graduate of Sacred Heart School. I am excited to be teaching preschool again this year. I am looking forward to a productive year. I know this year might be a little challenging but working together we can make this year the best for the students.

Please be sure to check your child’s temperature daily before coming to school. If they don’t feel good please keep them home. School starts at 7:45 A.M. Anyone entering the room after 8:00 will be counted tardy for the day. If your child is ill, please call the office and let us know. Upon return to school, your child must bring a written excuse note and give it to his/her teacher. If absent more than three days your child must return with a doctors note. This is mandatory. Dismissal is at 2:45.

For snack please send healthy choices. Example: fresh fruit, vegetables, yogurt, oat meal, apple juice, water, etc.

Everyday I will send home three worksheets. One will be a name tracing sheet, another one will be a math worksheet, and the third one wil be Language Arts worksheet. The sheets for Math and Language Arts will be a review of what they learned that day. Please return all work by Friday of that week.

Behavior Plan
I will be using green, yellow, and red-light symbols. Green is for good, Yellow means slow down and red means take a break for a couple minutes. Student can work their way back up to green. Also, we will be using what is called crusader cash. They have to get a total of 10 stamps in a week to get a reward. When the students do something positive or are on green at the end of the day, they will get a stamp on their crusader cash. Every time a student fills up their crusader cash, they will get a new one. At the end of the month, the Crusader Cash will go to the office. The Principal will pick 10 random winners from all of the cash that month. Those 10 students will also get a special reward from the Principal.
