Welcome back Crusader Nation! I hope you are all as excited as I am to be back at Sacred Heart as the Physical Education Teacher.

I am excited to build on the great foundation that the students and I created last year in the PE classroom. One major addition to the curriculum this year that I am very excited about is our multiple 'max-out' days. These will be days that we document each students' number of repetitions during a specific exercise, activity or cardio related workout. This will allow for students to see their growth / progress that they have made throughout the year.
